We only had two meals at the restaurant, so I can't say anything about the rooms. The people there were nice and made us both meals. The grounds are extensive, and the place felt cozy but oddly alpine.

Everyone was so nice, and the restaurant food was good. It was a really relaxing visit in such a beautiful spot 😍. I'd recommend it for the whole family!

Even away from Puebla city, we still had phone signal, which was nice for a family getaway. The restaurant serves a brief selection of typical Mexican food. The cabins stayed warm, even though the cold air starts around 6pm.

The chalets were comfortable, and the hotel rooms had a rustic style. We found a good restaurant serving regional dishes. It was very cloudy and cold, but the beautiful place was lovely for resting and enjoying the nature and wood.
