La Cabaña del León

The Christmas dinner was awful, and the service was terrible. Just three waiters for that many people, two heaters in awkward spots, and singers more boring than my grandma. They also forgot the circus acts we paid for as part of the dinner. The whole experience wasn't worth it, and the magic of Circuito Polar was gone. Things seemed great when they first contacted you, but once I arrived, the free internet took 15 minutes to connect. For the same price, the production quality is way behind other places. And my biggest complaint is still the invoice: my payment went through, the year ended, and they never sent it. They don't deliver what they advertise.

We couldn't even get food before reaching the cabin because the kitchen had run out of supplies. When they finally gave us a cabin, it wasn't the one they'd quoted and we'd paid for. They'd said it would have a working jacuzzi, but it didn't. The towels were dirty and had spiders in them, and no one came to clean them. The activities and facilities were in awful shape. The zip line, hanging swings, vertigo swings, and paintball area all seemed neglected, with no maintenance or staff available to help in time. At the restaurant there was never enough food, and it took almost two hours for our meal to arrive, cold. I came with my family to celebrate, expecting something like what a relative had experienced before. It was nothing like that. The place, staff, service, facilities, and food were all horrible. If you want to relax, don't come here. I'd be very grateful for a refund. Not recommended at all.

The view was lovely, and it's a peaceful spot with beautiful horses and really good service. Still, the bathrooms were a little dirty, some facilities were in poor shape, and the trout water was dirty 🥹. The boxed lunch package also came without the fruit and snacks it was supposed to include.

They charged a lot for basic costumes, and the service felt very overrated. The staff tried hard and were polite, but clearly didn't have enough resources. The place was dark and had no signs. Since it's only open seasonally, they really need solar lights. We paid for the Christmas dinner, which was mediocre. The ads promised circus acts, but there weren't any. The administration was the worst part. We asked for an invoice repeatedly, but the fiscal year ended and they still hadn't provided one. It really wasn't worth the price.
