The place still looks beautiful, but it feels neglected and run down, and the stay was miserable. We were on the fourth floor with no elevator. Our TV didn't work, the stove had no gas, and the patio door wouldn't shut. The fan was so loud that sleep was hard, the air conditioning barely worked, and there was no shampoo or soap in the shower. There were no beach chairs, umbrellas, food service, or drinks either. Not worth the price.

The staff were very friendly and professional, and the room was clean. Still, it felt a bit expensive for such a small room. The air conditioning wasn't very good, and the internet kept cutting out.

It's a lovely place to unwind. Just bring cash for your stay, since they charge extra for credit card payments and the terminal sometimes doesn't work.
