I would have given a 10% tip anyway, but I didn't like being asked at the last minute to tip that much on top of the daily rate. Otherwise, it's an excellent place.

I just love this place.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was high quality. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with tasteful Mexican handicrafts throughout. We were traveling with an elderly person who had mobility issues, and they could get around the facilities without any problem. We'll definitely return.

Karla and Ana gave outstanding service, and we loved how comfortable the hotel was for relaxing. I really appreciated that it's a charity hotel. Everything else was truly excellent, though I think the pool could have been cleaner. We loved it and will definitely be back.
