This must have been a lovely, elegant place 30 years ago, but now it’s dirty and run down. Management seems to have neglected it. The pool restaurant had poor service, and staffing is short. Maintenance and cleaning need to improve. I got stuck in the elevator with my one-year-old daughter, and there was a water leak into the apartment from the one above.

It wasn’t busy, and we had a really nice visit. The restaurants were awesome, and the staff were great. We had a joyful time there.

The houses have a great view. You can use the hotel beach, though the sunbeds aren’t available to you.

The staff were generous and enthusiastic, and the guards were especially helpful. The place itself is beautiful and modern. I did feel they could be elitist, though: if you didn’t look important, powerful, or well dressed, they were quick to tell you to leave. Apart from that, I had a great experience.
