The photos in the Hotels.com app looked great, but the Oasis Hotel didn’t quite live up to them. When we arrived, the front desk said they no longer work with hotel booking apps and even suggested we cancel, though they still honored the reservation. We paid around $850 pesos for a two-bed room, which felt fair for what we got. There was no A/C, and neither the app description nor the front desk had mentioned that. Fortunately, the night was cool, so we slept with the window open and a fan running. The beds were quite hard and a bit uncomfortable, but the quiet area made it easy to rest. The photos also showed a beautiful pool, but the receptionist said it was permanently closed, which was disappointing. There’s no breakfast, though several restaurants are nearby, from small local places to larger ones. The hot water was steady during our stay. I’d rate it 3 out of 5.

I travel by motorcycle and don’t need much, just a clean room and working WiFi and AC. After seeing the rooms, I cancelled my reservation. Do yourself a favor and skip this one. There are much better hotels in the area.

Don’t stay there. We called and asked for rooms with A/C, but when we arrived there was none, just old floor fans. The back doors were broken, and the pool was empty even though they’d told us it was full. The bathroom leaked and the carpet was dirty. At least the sheets were clean. Don’t stay at that place, it’s a pigsty.

I'd rather have slept in my car at a Pemex station. When they asked if I wanted a heater, they meant hot water. Stay away.

I was tired from driving toward leon gto, so I stopped here to rest. The motel isn't fancy, but my room and shower were clean, the facilities were heated, and the price was reasonable. I'd recommend it as a place to take a break.
