We found Grand Mazamitla warm and welcoming, and it was easy to settle in as soon as we arrived. The rooms are attractive and comfortable, with a cozy feel that's great for resting. The staff were always friendly, attentive, and ready to help, which made the stay even nicer. A peaceful break from the daily routine, and somewhere I'd recommend for relaxing, reconnecting with nature, or a romantic getaway. 🌲✨

The breakfasts were delicious and inexpensive, and the forest view from the restaurant was incredible. The menu is basic, though. Service was magnificent, with everyone so kind and attentive. The surroundings, rooms, and amenities are all beautiful, and you're in nature while still having the comforts of home. The hotel internet was fantastic, with a separate modem in each room, and Netflix is included. The double-decker room has three beds. We'll definitely be back!

The drive takes a while because it's a distance, but the scenery makes it worthwhile. The views are beautiful, and we'll return. Our rooms were new and pleasant, the internet worked perfectly, and the staff were in a great mood. The menu is limited, but everything we ordered tasted delicious.

Inside, everything is very nice, though there are quite a lot of stairs. The service and rooms were lovely. The difficult part is the access road, which is full of potholes. Without a high-clearance vehicle, getting there can be quite hard.

The forest views are beautiful, even better than the photos show, and the rooms are cozy. A great place to get away from the city bustle and relax. Highly recommended.
