The room was nice, but the hotel's service was very poor. Breakfast was supposed to be available from 9 in the morning, but even after 9.30 no one was around. At 10.45 we found a cleaning lady who gave us back our IDs, but there was still no breakfast. If asked whether I'd ever come back, my answer is NO.

The cabins don’t feel the way they did before, and maintenance seems to have fallen behind. A couple of years ago, this place was amazing.

The cabins look just like the photos and videos, but getting there is a real challenge. It’s a long way from town, the road is in very poor shape, and there’s almost no cell reception or internet. The many unmarked junctions make it easy to get lost. After the fountain roundabout, take the next uphill fork on the left. There is a small sign there, but it was overgrown and hard to spot. Photos of the route, especially after the roundabout, would help a lot.
