Condo Park Royal

The room had so many problems that we moved to another hotel after one night. We arrived for a late check-in because the only flights available were late, and were told the room card system was down. Staff had to come let us in every time we left. The bathroom door got stuck, and water from the shower overflowed across the bathroom floor. We nearly slipped and had to put towels down. The windows were screwed shut, and YouTube wouldn't work on the TV because its Wi-Fi seemed to be blocked. There were only two outlets in the whole room, both in awkward spots. Since it was already late, we stayed the night, then told the front desk the next morning we wanted to check out early because of the room conditions and get our money back for the remaining two nights. They didn't seem to care or offer to fix anything. At first they said to contact our booking agency, Bookings, which later tried to explain the situation to them. After a lot of back and forth, the hotel denied the refund and offered no solution. They went and hid in their office. A lot of time was wasted, and it was a terrible experience. I wouldn't recommend it, especially for the money.
