The main downside is that this condo complex faces the Marina, so restaurant and club noise carries over. The pool is cold, with no heating. There are also lots of Air BandB rentals over the holiday season. Otherwise, it’s a good complex.

Quiet, well located, and very nice.

We loved sitting on the balcony. Our condo was spotless and had everything we needed, and the property has lovely grounds and a big pool. It’s in a beautiful spot looking out over the marina.

We’ve spent days waiting for someone to come fix things, and have had to shower at friends’ places. Problems get passed around, then a maintenance man finally shows up days later. We started with a gas leak and a broken toilet, which took a week to repair, and now the hot water heater is broken. This is the second day without hot water, making showers, dishes, and laundry a hassle. The condo badly needs major repairs. This has been our worst vacation. Don’t rent unit 1006B at Costa Veleros in Mazatlan Mexico.

Great spot, with excellent bars and restaurants just a short walk away.
