If zero stars were an option, I’d use it. There’s no parking, and they tell you to leave your car on the street, where it could get hit or have a mirror knocked off. We were told our room would be ready at 3:00, but they were still cleaning it then and didn’t hand it over until 4:00. I decided to cancel. The service was awful.

The first night, the AC was broken, so I asked the manager to move us. Cockroaches were in the replacement room. I reported them too, and was told someone would come clean, but it took three days. Even after that, the cockroaches were still there. A very bad experience.

I had a really bad stay. There’s no parking, and when I got to the room, they were still cleaning it. Honestly, this place doesn’t even deserve a star.
