Ferrara Apartments

There’s a gorgeous view, a big heated pool, modern decor, and a little outdoor balcony. I’d definitely recommend it for a stay in Mazatlán.

The place has two bedrooms, a kitchen, living room, and dining area, with lovely views. The kitchen is well stocked with a fridge, stove, microwave, and toaster. There are two pools, though only the one on the 3rd floor was open this time, not the one on the 9th. I wish they were heated. It’s near the Mazatlán marina on Camarón Sábalo Avenue, which turns into Malecón Avenue. My family and I have stayed twice this year and really enjoyed it. God willing, I’d love to come back.

We stayed in an Airbnb in these buildings, and the condos are pretty nice. The security is good, and the ocean views are amazing. There’s a great pool, plus an Oxxo convenience store, gym, and sushi restaurant.

Set in Mazatlán's Golden Zone at the corner of Camarón Sábalo Avenue and Pez Vela Street, this condominium is a quiet, safe, and reliable place to stay. The apartments are spacious, comfortable, and fully furnished, with TV, Wi-Fi, a kitchen, washing machine, iron, and refrigerator. They have ocean and city views, and it’s easy to get out and enjoy the city. The building has private parking, a personal automatic key system, an electric door and gate, a security guard, attentive cleaning staff, and two elevators and two pools. There’s also an Oxxo and a restaurant beside the building. It doesn’t feel as crowded with tourists as a hotel. It’s close to the beach, Galerías Mall, Panama bakeries, and restaurants, and about 10 minutes from the boardwalk and Valentinos Club. They accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers for deposits and lodging. There’s a refundable security fee of between 2000 and 3000 euros when you leave the apartment. I highly recommend the two-bedroom apartment. The building owner feels the pools need periodic maintenance, especially the one on the 9th floor. Enjoy a quiet, relaxing, comfortable stay.
