Hotel Casa de Leyendas

I could see the beach and ocean from the hotel balcony, and the spot is phenomenal. Dinner and drinks next door at Macaws were amazing. The staff and owner were attentive and right there when needed. Casa de Leyendas made my overnight in Mazatlan feel intimate and charming. I'll be back, thank you, Casa de Leyendas!

Nathan and Missy were helpful with local restaurant suggestions, and the room cleaning was great. The hotel itself is beautiful, in a great location, and mostly quiet, though weekends can get a little loud. I had a great week here in Mazatlan and would definitely stay again.

The staff are excellent, and there's staff and security around the clock. There's a small bar and restaurant serving breakfast and lunch. The modest rooms have all the amenities, though the cleaning could be better. The hotel is near olas altas, a block from Mazatlan Carnaval, and close to the civic center, so it can be noisy. The walls are very thin, but ear plugs are provided.

I felt like part of the family here, and you can feel the love and hospitality as soon as you arrive. I held an Art Retreat at the hotel, and the staff were wonderful. Vern and Alfredo were pleasant and accommodating, and Reyna from Macaws Restaurant made beautifully prepared, delicious meals. The rooms each have their own theme and are nicely decorated. We all loved our time at this fabulous boutique hotel. I'm looking forward to returning in May for the next Art Retreat. Many thanks, Vern and Alfredo. See you next time.
