Oceano Palace Beach Resort - All Inclusive

The waiters were terribly rude and only seemed to serve tables that looked rich. My family and I didn’t even get coffee this morning, which really offended me. Last night I gave a waiter a $200.00 tip, but the other waiters had to make him serve us. I’m never going back. The front desk staff are nice and kind, and the bar service is good.

The staff were friendly, and the rooms are beautiful, but there weren’t enough English speakers. The buffet selection was limited, maybe one or two kinds of meat and the rest vegetables. For 22 US dollars, I expected more variety. There are restaurants connected on both sides, but without the all-inclusive package we had to make reservations even when they were empty, so we ate outside the resort. The other guests weren’t friendly, and as the only African American people there, we felt so out of place.

Franklin, my staff member, was absolutely amazing. He stretched me in places I’d never felt stretched before. I have arthritis and felt so much better afterward. Love, love.

The worst place ever. During Christmas week in December 2025, my wife and I waited an hour and a half in line to get into the Terraza restaurant. They let a family of 45 go in ahead of us. The woman had three lines for entry but was only letting one line through. I don’t recommend this hotel. It isn’t worth your time or money, and I wouldn’t spend my money there again.
