Enrique was friendly and helpful, easily the best part of the stay. The room was quiet, small, and comfortable, close to restaurants and the Malecon, and there was indoor parking for my bike. Getting it out meant driving through the lobby, but it wasn’t too bad. The room looked okay at first, though it had barely been cleaned. The sheets hadn’t been changed and the floor was grubby. It’s a very basic place, but fine for the price. I’d stay again, after checking the room carefully.

I felt very safe here, which meant a lot since it was my first trip to Mexico. I stayed for a week and it was an honor. A really nice family runs the place, and like their motto says, it feels like home. Good value for the price too.

We paid 60 usd a night and were shocked when we saw the room. It was tiny, dirty, and had a suicide shower. Just crazy. I’d give it no stars if I could. We spent two hours arguing with the staff and booking.com trying to get our money back. They should be paying people to stay there, not charging them. Save your money and don’t go. We ended up at The Melville boutique hotel a couple of streets up. It was 65 usd a night for a one bedroom apartment, and the hotel was super sweet.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. Really nice spot in the centro histórico, close to the beach and plaza, with the ferry only a short walk away. We had a pleasant stay.

Clean and comfortable, and you can get around Centro easily from here. It was affordable, and the people were friendly and helpful.
