Housekeeping was quick and did a clean job, and the room had a comfortable bed, a strong shower with hot water, and working AC. The location is the best part: restaurants are right outside, the hotel is on the main pedestrian street in the town center, around ten minutes on foot from the Tren Maya bus terminal at Parque La Plancha and 15-20 minutes from the historical centro. The room itself was okay, but the TV often had no signal, and the toilet pressure was so weak I needed four or five flushes after one use. I stayed three nights. I'd recommend it to friends as a good three-star hotel for the location and value.

The location is great, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Parking was awkward: if there wasn't a space in front, getting to the rear lot took about ten minutes because of the one-way streets. The room had only the basics, with no coffee or water. We had to ask for a comforter, and the bed was very hard.

I don't usually leave bad reviews, but I hope providers can improve when they read them and take them seriously. The rooms were very clean, and the crew were cheerful. The location is good too. But reception staff came across as condescending and unhelpful, and the service didn't feel like five-star level. The gym is in ruins. There was no water in the room, and when I asked at reception, they made a point of saying it was only a courtesy. I found that pretty vulgar. The internet worked on just one of my six days, and they don't seem to realize some guests need to work while away. For the price, I wouldn't recommend it. If they rated it three stars, without working internet or a usable gym, I would, because the rooms are so clean. I stayed in the second week of September 2025. Jason.

Digital nomad score: 4/5. The Wi-Fi measured 6.3 Mbps down and 8 Mbps up, there was a desk, and noise levels were okay. Lots of cafes are nearby. The price was moderate.
