We’ll be back after a week here in February. My wife and I were very happy with the whole experience, especially the excellent service and staff. The outdoor restaurant and bar on the 6th floor is a great feature, and the pasta dishes are a must-try. It’s close to lots of amenities, in a very safe city both day and night.

It really has the feel of a family-run hotel, with warm hospitality from Andrea and her partners. Andrea even helped arrange golf at one of the best golf clubs in Mérida, which made the trip extra special. The hotel is beautifully kept, housekeeping was excellent, and the food was delicious. Waiters and doormen were very attentive. A wonderful stay with exceptional service.

For the price, the quality is decent, and the room was clean and simple. It’s much farther from downtown than I expected, around 30 minutes with traffic. Service was friendly, but housekeeping missed shampoo on the first day and left the toilet seat up after cleaning on the second. The photos make things look nicer than they are, and the pool is very small.

We chose this hotel while in Merida for a medical procedure, and it’s across the street from Star Medica Hospital and the doctor's office. The room has been comfortable, and the staff helpful and courteous. At first there were no chairs on the balcony, so we couldn’t enjoy it. Update: chairs were added, and we’ve been able to enjoy the privacy out there. It’s been a good place for my convalescence.

This is a nice suburb of Merida, and a good base for work. For sightseeing, other places closer to the centre would be better. The road out front is louder than I expected. It seems most guests are here for the big private hospital across the road.
