The room was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast on the top floor was good. There isn’t a restaurant apart from breakfast, though. The fitness center was a letdown, with all the equipment out of order.

The front desk was very friendly, and the location is extremely close to the place for Canada visa biometrics. Otherwise, this wouldn’t be my first choice. At this price I expected a more comfortable bed and nicer sheets. The room layout and furnishings are awkward too. If you lean back against the headboard to watch TV, the bed slides away from the wall.

The location was handy for our appointment, but the night staff made a bad impression when we arrived. Their attitude was really rude, and even while charging us they acted like they were doing us a favor. We won’t be back.

Polanco is one of the safest parts of the city, and the hotel is in a great spot, just a block from Plaza Comercial Polanco. The receptionist was a very kind woman, and the staff were attentive and kind. Our room was comfortable, very clean, and well maintained. It wasn’t very large, but that didn’t bother me. The restaurant upstairs looks modern and impressive, and the food tastes great, though it’s somewhat expensive. It’s also worth knowing the streets don’t have much of a “Mexican environment” in the way of restaurants, street vendors, or coffee shops. The hotel itself is kind of expensive too. We paid about $3,500.00 MXN for one night.
