Excellent.

I expected an acceptable hotel for travelers, but this was the opposite, more like somewhere to stop briefly. I put some family members up for three days, and the whole stay was awful. The elevator didn’t work, and someone opened my family member’s room, saying it was a mistake and they’d investigate. They never followed up. On the final day, the man at reception was aggressive and rude.

My partner and I have stayed more than three times in a standard room without any complaints. Yesterday, October 5th, though, the receptionist told me only rooms with Jacuzzis were available. They kept my ID, which I understand is for security. When we were leaving, the thin, dark-skinned receptionist with glasses was incredibly rude and made us wait to check that we hadn’t taken any towels. I understand the security protocols, but it was frustrating to have to open our bag because the cleaning lady couldn’t find a supposed hand towel. We make sure to leave our towels drying on the sinks and shower doors. I hope it was just a one-off bad experience and doesn’t happen again.

The room was on the small side, but very clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. They provide three towels, toiletries, and a bed with sheets, though I would’ve liked an extra cover. The shower, installed in the ceiling, was amazing and had good water pressure. You can book for 6, 12, or 24 hours. Customer service was incredible too, with the reception staff answering calls politely and sharing prices and availability.
