The bathrooms seem fairly new, but the rooms are dated. The whole bathroom, toilet included, is glass, and it doesn't block sound, so I wouldn't recommend it for couples who've been together a while. There were no-smoking signs everywhere, yet the whole hotel seemed steeped in tar and nicotine, and cigarette stink filled my room all night. There isn't a usual power outlet by the bed, just buttons and connections for the speakers and TV. And when I turned the TV on, porn started playing. Not sure what to make of the place, but it was certainly interesting.

The nightly price is very good. Last time I stayed, it was $250. It's LGBT-friendly, and the food is well seasoned. To me, the hotel is pretty average: not run-down, but not especially comfortable either.

There seem to be two sides to this hotel. One has a 70s feel, while the other has been remodeled and looks really cool. Both options are good.
