We booked through Booking.com and were charged, but more than two weeks later I still haven’t received a refund or heard back from the establishment. The phone number goes unanswered, and so does the email. When we arrived, the place looked like an abandoned house. Nobody was there to welcome us or offer any service, there wasn’t even a doorbell, and neighbors said it had been empty for a long time. This place doesn’t exist as a hotel or even as somewhere to stay. We were victims of fraud.

AWFUL SERVICE! They didn’t honor the reservation agreement, as happened to other people who booked here. There’s a number they answer reluctantly, like they’re doing you a favor. It’s just rented rooms, not really a hotel. In my case, I’d had an agreement with Ayenda for a few months, starting in September last year. A tenant said the person handling it never updated the Ayenda platform information, and I never got a refund. If they aren’t taking reservations anymore, why is the listing still on Maps and the Ayenda platform?

They didn’t honor the reservation I’d made a week ahead. I arrived thinking my accommodation was settled, only to be told they’d canceled it because there was an event at Azteca Stadium and they had to give the rooms away. It was an unpleasant experience, and the place was incredibly unprofessional.

FRAUD ALERT!! I showed up for my reservation at 8 pm with my suitcases and was left out on the street. The place was abandoned and up for sale. When I called, they said they’d already rented my room without telling me. The neighbors say this happens all the time. TERRIBLE!!

We found cockroaches in the room when we arrived and got rid of them. Then, when we went to bed, we discovered bedbugs in the sheets and comforter. The person replying on WhatsApp wouldn’t take responsibility when we complained. A terrible experience, don’t stay here.
