BeGrand Reforma by Naya Homes

The building itself was very nice, with clean spaces, good security, and beautiful views from the amenities floor on the 20th floor. I booked because the building had good reviews and was listed as a Premier Hotel under Capital One Venture X, but the service from Naya/Casago Homes Management made the stay stressful. I wouldn’t recommend one of their places. They didn’t answer calls or WhatsApp messages or call back about urgent things like checkout, using the hotel credit, or adding a guest, even though the check-in email said to reach out anytime. I sent 5-10 messages and never got a reply on WhatsApp. Check-in details came only one day before arrival, which was stressful when traveling to another country. Their email replies were rude and curt, and I had to ask the same question three times to get one response. Naya Homes needs to improve its service and staff.

We were there for a short stay and really liked the building and its amenities. If we could, we’d live here. Highly recommend.

The location and views are A+, and the common areas are always clean. There’s a fully equipped gym, dog grooming and a barber in the building, plus a restaurant that delivers to your door. Administration sends frequent updates and answers WhatsApp questions quickly, and the elevators are fast. Security enforces facial scans for entry, which makes sense in a building with 500+ units in the middle of a huge city. I’m very impressed and highly recommend the building.

Really nice amenities, but there’s no room cleaning. Make sure you have your QR code before you arrive.
