Room cleaning was disappointing. The shampoo dispenser was left empty, the bar of soap was taken and not replaced, and one day there wasn’t even a top sheet on the bed. There was a different surprise each day. The included breakfast was a high point, very good and cooked fresh, and the server was fantastic, always smiling and upbeat. The daytime front desk staff were pleasant and helpful too.

They cancelled my reservation without asking me, so I couldn't stay there, and then refused to refund me. I was left with nowhere to go at midnight. This hotel is a total scam!

The room itself was good, but I left a bag on a lobby couch and returned a couple of hours later to find the front desk workers had gone through it. They took some handmade flowers and put them in a pot at the desk. Other things were missing from my bag too, though I’m not sure who took them.

The location worked really well, about a five minute walk to Revolution Square and the blue Line 2 metro. The price is good and the rooms are okay, though there’s no AC. We ended up on the third floor, and with no elevator the stairs were an issue. The man who checked us in was kind and informative, but another woman at the counter could use a bit more energy when giving details and help. Breakfast came with the room, but it was limited and cold.
