The hotel staff were nice, but management and the owners seem to have things badly run. We had clogged toilets, and there wasn’t a pool or hot tub. The kitchen had a six-burner stove but not one pot, knife, or basic item like salt, pepper, or oil. Doors in the closet and bathroom creaked, the building construction felt poor, and noise from the construction next door woke us early. We also had to go to the nearest Oxxo for drinking water because the hotel only supplied two small bottles per guest for the day. Way too expensive for this experience.

We really didn't want to leave. The apartment was magnificent, and everything felt just right, including the service. Everyone was kind, from the man at the entrance to the cleaning staff. Many thanks, I highly recommend staying here ❤️

The place itself is worth visiting, but the way they handled payments during our stay was disorganized. It slowed down both coming in and going out, and we spent a lot of time sorting out the accounts. At one point it felt like they thought we might not pay, which was frankly uncomfortable. The facilities are definitely worthwhile, but I wouldn't come back unless the service improves.
