The staff were lovely and helpful, and Reinier was a delight. We had everything we needed and felt very comfortable. The suite was in excellent, like-new condition, with a bedroom and ensuite bathroom, plus a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, sofa, and TV. It also opened onto a small, beautiful, cozy garden. The location is incredibly central, and we could walk to practically all the wonderful restaurants in Polanco. We were delighted with the stay and would probably choose the same accommodation again if we return. Many thanks!

These modern apartments are spacious and well equipped with the amenities you might need. Some rooms also come with a terrace or balcony. The service was exceptional, and I’d definitely recommend the property. 👌

I worked from the AMAZING rooftop terrace for several days, taking in the city views. At night you can see the cathedral lit up, which is beautiful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well set up for cooking, and would suit a couple or family. Staff were attentive and pointed me toward some great nearby restaurants. I loved my stay and will be back!

There’s no way to get a decent night’s sleep here. You can hear every doorbell, the elevator, dogs, people, motorcycles, cars, and street vendors outside. The staff showed no empathy, and check-in isn’t until 4 pm.

I’m a wheelchair user, and I hadn’t realized Casa Calderon House had no ramp at the entrance. Jaimie and Jorge Armando never treated that as a problem. Their kindness and compassion made a situation that could have been difficult into one of my most meaningful experiences in Mexico. They went far beyond what was expected, and I’m truly grateful for their personal, caring help. I’ll always remember it. Congratulations, Jaimie and Jorge, you’re a credit to Casa Calderon House.
