Casa Cicerón by Kukun

I booked two nights and didn't sleep at all. My top-floor room was impossible to rest in because of the noise from a boiler above it. There was no one at reception after 2 PM on weekends, and the security guard couldn't help. The first night, I had to go to a friend's place in the middle of the night. Before the second night, I was assured the problem had been fixed, but it hadn't. The video I posted from my room at 9 PM shows it. I got no reply at all from the hotel's WhatsApp number during my stay, and they said they couldn't refund me. Avoid this place, it's a trap.

My return stay during the week of June 30th went better than the previous week. This time I was given a one-bedroom apartment, which was the right size. I'd have taken the two-bedroom, of course. It was convenient and comfortable again, and the service was great. They also moved breakfast from 8 to 7 AM, but I only got to enjoy it once because I was leaving early. I was very pleased with the stay and would choose this hotel again if I travel with family. Kudos to all the staff for the great service, keep it up!

I was very pleased with my second stay during the week of July 7th. The room was comfortable and cleaned up each day after work, and the staff were professional and accommodating with my requests. I couldn't try breakfast because of the timing. I'd book again for business or a family trip, especially since the two-bedroom apartment I had the first time was very spacious. On my first stay at Ciceron 612 during the week of June 23, I was given a large apartment compared with a standard hotel room. It had two bedrooms, dining and living rooms, and a kitchen. The website photos were authentic. It was comfortable and in a great area, quiet and convenient, with great service and easy check-in and check-out.

Okay.
