The room was filthy, with large blood stains on the mattress and more on the wall, as if someone had been cut open. They wouldn't provide proof of my rental and kept my car key. I stayed an hour or less and felt the area was very unsafe. The worst hotel ever. I wouldn't recommend it at all. Please don't go there.

The people at the front desk are nice, and I've stayed here three times already. I'll probably keep coming back. I like the rooms at the back with no windows because they're quieter and make it easier to sleep when I'm jet lagged. It's a cheap, basic place with no frills, but you get what you pay for and save some money for snacks 😊.

The TV and Wi-Fi worked, which is why I give it two stars. There was lots of noise during the day and evening, and the staff were rude and disrespectful. The room was large, but had no bathroom door, fan, or AC. We only got soap, with no towels or toilet paper.

I went in and left right away. The place wasn't what I expected from the advertised pictures. They couldn't even spend a couple of pounds on paint to cover the concrete floor, which is partly hidden under completely wrecked carpet. The staff were extremely unfriendly and made no effort to welcome me.

It's inexpensive, but not worth it. This old, run-down hotel is near El Zocalo, and there's no hot water early in the morning. They don't take credit cards, so bring cash if you stay. It won't be a good choice for a lot of people.
