The place is clean, and the food is simple but tasty. The staff are attentive, though reception service needs improvement. Some rooms have shared bathrooms rather than private ones, and there are no TVs. I’ve been asking for an iron for two days, but they say the hotel has only one and it isn’t available. They should explain the hotel’s concept and available services more clearly.

Chef Franco and Luz-Ma, thank you for being so welcoming and for all the great suggestions for visiting the city. I spent a few days here and felt like I was with family. It’s peaceful and comfortable, with clean rooms, attentive staff, and really good breakfasts. The service quality impressed me, and the value for money is unbeatable. I absolutely recommend it. Hope to see you again, and keep up the great work!

The photos are misleading, and I don’t recommend this place. I only see people recommending the chef here. It feels like a fancy tenement, not a hotel: several rooms share bathrooms, and the room has just one bed and nothing else. I saw at least three other guests who, like me, said it wasn’t what they expected and complained about the charges. They’d either been given extra fees or the advertised price wasn’t honored. At 1000-1400, you’d be better off staying in a hotel.
