Cozy Apartment in Reforma Avenue

My first trip to Mexico City was a huge disappointment, and this place wasn’t worth the price. Towels were missing, and after asking twice without getting any, I had to ask a third time. Then someone handed us two unfolded towels pulled from a bag. The room’s AC didn’t work and they couldn’t fix it, so they suggested we sleep all night with the window screens missing. The floors hadn’t been vacuumed, and the desk and nightstands had dried, sticky soda left by previous guests. The kitchen food was awful, like it had been made a week earlier. It gave both of us stomachaches and cramps, and we kept having to use the bathroom. This doesn’t deserve even one star. I will not return.

Great location, but the rooms were extremely old and dirty, with stains and a bad smell on the sheets. We waited an hour to get fresh ones. The whole place was filthy and falling apart. Horrible!

Avoid this place. The green carpet in my room looked every bit as old as its supposed 1970s decor, and I slept in my clothes. Some guy hustling parking for a nearby taco stand whistled loudly all night. Absolute s*** hole. I’d give it zero stars if I could.

The location wasn’t bad, and the bed was comfortable. The room was fairly spacious, but old and dirty. Staff didn’t speak English, and some were pretty surly. Breakfast came with the stay, though it was a collection of questionable pots with no labels.
