On my first stay, I really enjoyed the apartment and had no issues. The second time, they moved me to a different location when I arrived because of a “problem with my room.” This third visit ended with me having to find somewhere else for safety reasons. The shower wouldn’t get warm. Maintenance came and said they’d fixed it, but they hadn’t. When they returned, they left a gas leak in the heater. I smelled gas throughout the apartment, rushed downstairs, and asked for help. They adjusted the heater again and told me the leak was gone. I asked to move to another room, but they wouldn’t do that. They brushed the issue off. There’s no customer service, and nothing seems to be taken seriously. I won’t stay here again.

The apartments have been remodeled really nicely and seem good for a weekend. There’s heavy traffic on three sides of the property.

This was my second stay, and I’d come back again. I felt secure, and the area is very quiet. Staff have been cordial and ready to help both times. I especially like the lovely decor and how clean and comfortable the apartment is. The rooftop terrace is my favorite amenity. My friends could play pool while I kept up with my fitness routine, and there’s also a barbecue area.

The location and arrival process made a terrible first impression. Finding the place was confusing, and the “semi-autonomous” entry system was very poor. WhatsApp was practically the only way to contact anyone, but replies were slow, unclear, or sometimes never came. We waited about an hour to get in because management assigned us the wrong apartment and gave us the wrong access code. Even the reception staff couldn’t get an answer from the “managers.” Inside, the apartment didn’t look like the photos or description. It seemed neglected, poorly maintained, and badly cleaned. The terrace was unusable because its sliding door was damaged and stuck. Some partitions and structures were visibly deteriorated and could pose an accident risk. The bathroom was unsanitary, with heavy limescale, obvious dirt, dark grout, and moisture buildup. Water also leaked considerably from the shower. Noise from other apartments, pipes, and outside was impossible to ignore. The electrical outlets worked intermittently, the Wi-Fi was practically unusable because the access details were never properly provided, and there were insects inside. We paid $2,213.68 MXN, which this experience didn’t come close to justifying. More than the apartment’s condition, what bothered me was the disorganization, neglect, and lack of responsibility toward guests. It’s concerning that a place in the Polanco/Anzures area operates like this. I’d look elsewhere, since there are much better stays for the same price or less.

We paid $2,213.68 MXN, and the stay wasn’t worth that cost. The apartment was dirty and poorly maintained, with dampness, depleted basic supplies, damaged doors and structures that could cause accidents, and insects inside. Its terrace was impossible to use because the door was broken, even though that amenity was included in the charge. The shower had heavy limescale and visible dirt, and leaked enough water to soak nearly the entire bathroom. The photos didn’t reflect what we found. They may have been old and heavily edited, or simply no longer representative. Noise from neighboring apartments, pipes, and outside went on all night, so this isn’t a place to rest. The outlets worked only intermittently, and the Wi-Fi was unusable because they didn’t provide the password properly. It took about an hour to get inside because management gave us the wrong apartment and an incorrect access code. The location provided was wrong too, and the “semi-autonomous” check-in system was awful. WhatsApp was the only way to reach them, but messages were ignored or answered late with no real follow-up. Even the receptionist trying to help didn’t get a timely response. I would never book at Capitalia Anzures Polanco again. The lack of care and service is worrying. There are many better choices in Polanco for the same price or less. Check recent reviews and avoid a bad stay.
