Hotel del Angel Reforma

They only mentioned parking after I’d already left my car on the street, and by then I’d gotten a $1,500 pesos fine. A waste of time and money. Find somewhere else to stay, you’ll be glad you did.

I’ve been here twice now and keep coming back. The rooms are roomy and clean, with little noise from outside, and there are good restaurants all around. It’s also a pretty safe area, close to La glorieta del Angel. Love the location.

We were right in the middle of the city, so getting around early was easy, and the staff were all polite and helpful. We stayed four nights and really liked the clean, cozy room. It had a large bed and TV in the bedroom, plus a living room with a big TV, a spacious bathroom with a shower, and a small kitchen. The kitchen only had a pair of cutlery, though we didn’t ask whether we could get a pan or anything. We were charged almost a full night for arriving at 8.00am and checking in early, so plan for that.

I’m visiting Mexico City from Dallas, Texas, and this has been my worst hotel and tourism experience. The hotel itself is very nice and the room is okay, but the air conditioner couldn’t be adjusted. The room was extremely hot, with only the fan working. A reception employee came up and tried to tell us we were wrong about the room being hot. Nothing got repaired, and our last night was swollen and hot. Not recommended. Room 507, stayed from 5/18 to 5/20/2024.
