It’s clean, but the hotel feels old and past its best. The location is okay, though if you have things to do in polanco or nearby, the dust may be a problem. I have allergies, and they acted up there.

The staff were friendly, and the room was comfortable enough for the price. It’s in a fairly quiet area where you can go for a walk. I only tried breakfast, and it was good. I had a brief stay, but found the place cozy and suitable for a short visit to the city.

The setting was strikingly beautiful and romantic. The management were incredibly friendly too. Most places I’ve been in Mexico have been friendly, but this one stood out for its location.

The room was clean, though nothing special, and the restaurant was decent. Staff were friendly. My only gripe was that there wasn’t an iron in the room, and they didn’t have one when I asked. Still, I had a good stay.
