There are different room sizes, so check which one you’re booking. I’d go for a larger room. Ours was super clean and kept up well each day. The staff were very nice and accommodating with our needs. The place is cozy and well managed, tucked into Polanco, which is quiet at night. Cafes and shops are close by for a quick morning bite. I’d highly recommend it to first-time visitors to CDMX.

I paid $200 and got what felt like almost no service. There wasn’t even water in the room, you have to fill it yourself. The room was tiny and so noisy that I could hear everything in the hallway at any hour, day or night, making proper rest impossible. The value for money was extremely poor, and you can easily find much better hotels in Polanco for that price. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Staff, especially the securities, were friendly, and we’ll definitely stay again. This small four-story, 4-star hotel was once a house in Polanco, and it’s so hidden that even Uber didn’t know where to drop us. The rooms are minimal, with just enough room for luggage and no window views. Still, you’re surrounded by restaurants and luxury boutiques, El Palacio de Hierro is under a 20-minute walk away if you like malls, and there’s a catholic church nearby.

I loved the modern decor, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The room was spotless and the location made exploring the city easy, with all the main attractions a short walk away. The staff gave us a warm welcome and excellent recommendations. I’d highly recommend it for business or leisure, and would definitely stay again next time.
