The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the housekeeping staff work hard. The location is the best part. I only missed having coffee in the morning or a kettle in the room. Otherwise, it was a superb stay, and I'll definitely come back next time.

I've stayed here three times, but this visit felt different. The afternoon staff weren't welcoming or helpful, the room wasn't cleaned thoroughly, and the shower didn't drain properly. The location is perfect, the prices are good, and the morning staff are nice. It's sad to say, but we won't stay here again.

The breakfast buffet was excellent and well worth adding for my three-day stay. Staff were professional and helpful throughout, and I thoroughly enjoyed the visit. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

The room was okay, and the location is really good, with lots of good food around the neighborhood. The bathroom had a strange smell, though, and the lighting was terrible. All the bulbs were the fluorescent kind used in hospitals, not relaxing after a full day of travel.

Everyone on staff was really friendly, and the hotel is close to Reforma avenue. The rooms are very clean but really outdated. Rainstorm water got into my room. Breakfast was the worst part, and if you're not Mexican, you'll be very disappointed.
