The host was wonderful, and the place was spotless and tidy. Everything was excellent, and the location was great. Highly recommend it 💯💯

Mr. Raymundo was very helpful. The beds were comfortable and the space was generally nice. Excellent location.

My husband and I had a horrible stay at "Hamburg suites". The bedding and towels were dirty and stained, the coffee maker was filthy, and the small fridge made an awful noise each time it started or stopped. That made our only night there really unpleasant, even though our reservation was for five nights. The room was advertised as having an equipped kitchen, but that wasn’t clear at all. It only had a grill. I called the manager or owner about the problems, but he didn’t try to sort them out and seemed annoyed. He said that if we weren’t comfortable the first night, we wouldn’t be comfortable the other nights either. He suggested finding another place and getting a refund for four nights, with the Booking.com cancellation marked as if we hadn’t shown up. The woman who issued the refund was extremely rude and even asked what time we were leaving. The man never spoke to us in person. We lost that day searching for somewhere else to stay, and our plans were ruined because of the owner’s lack of consideration. Our trip from Canada was badly affected by the arrogance of someone who doesn’t know how to provide service. From what we could see, he cared about the money and his own comfort, not the guests. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and the owners were very friendly. It’s a peaceful, quiet place in a lovely neighborhood with an excellent location. Highly recommend it.
