It had been a good place to stay before, but this time was frustrating. I booked online and arrived to find nobody answering the door. The security cameras weren't working, so I thought the place might no longer be operating. The phone and website were down too. Fortunately I'd only paid a deposit online, but it's awful to arrive and have nowhere to stay.

Perfectly located, with a lovely terrace, clean rooms, and really friendly staff and guests. A wonderful place.

It's practically in the center of Coyoacán and very close to UNAM (National Autonomous University of Mexico). You can get there in 10 minutes. Highly recommended.
