The room was small, but clean, comfortable, and nicely kept, and breakfast downstairs was great. We only stayed one night in Mexico City because we had an appointment nearby, and this turned out to be a lovely choice. The receptionist at check-in was incredibly kind and recommended a great taco spot. The cleaning product smell was my one complaint. It was very strong, and since we couldn't open the windows, there was no way to air it out. That could be intense if you're sensitive to fragrances. Even so, we'd happily stay again.

Breakfast in the cafe was a nice part of each morning, and our room was always spotless and comfortable. The neighbourhood is quiet, with EcoBici bikes right across the street. Edith and the staff at both the hotel and cafe were so friendly and helpful. Edith also shared lots of generous recommendations for our time in the city. We'd absolutely come back.

The little coffee shop on the ground floor serves delicious coffee, and the location is handy, across from a lovely small park and an OXXO convenience store that's open 24 hours. Casa Flor de Cafe is a beautiful boutique hotel, with nicely appointed rooms and comfortable beds. Edith and her staff made us feel welcome and the hospitality was top notch. We'll stay again on our next visit to CDMX.

The room was cozy, but it was really noisy. You could hear footsteps on the stairs and people talking outside, plus motorcycles at any hour. There was also a strange stairwell noise, like a generator, shortly before 10 pm and again in the morning. The shower water was cold. For the price, the breakfast didn't make up for those room issues. Since there's a coffee shop downstairs, they could offer a choice of americano, cappuccino, or tea, include fruit and eggs, and leave the pastry as an alternative, for example instead of fruit. It didn't feel like good value.

Really nice hotel, very clean and has a luxurious feel. Friendly staff, and the breakfast is excellent.
