For the price, it was okay. The room was a good size with a large bed, and it was close to the center. The cleanliness was acceptable, though nothing special. The mattress was pretty hard, which suited me, but hot water was only lukewarm. The noise made it hard to sleep. Staff were talking loudly and shouting to each other at 3 am, and there seemed to be construction work going on overnight too. Service was another problem, especially the female receptionist, who was very unfriendly. She wanted to charge 50 MEX for storing my luggage, but a different receptionist later provided the service without charging.

For the price, this is a great hotel. It's within walking distance of downtown, and the room, sheets, and towels were surprisingly clean. The internet was weak, though, and it took a while for the water to heat up. 4/5.

The indoor parking was exactly what we needed, and the staff were nice. One of the lights didn't work and the bed was hard, but it was a seven-minute walk from where we had to go. Tacos were nearby, too.

Two days before I was due to arrive, I got a message saying my reservation had been cancelled because of an internal error with their booking system. That left me scrambling to find somewhere to stay.
