The night service manager was rude and unpleasant when we asked for basic things for our family. They argued with us about getting an extra towel. It was a sad way to finish an otherwise amazing vacation in CDMX, with its food, people, and culture. I can see why people choose AirBnb.

Aside from the check-in issue, it was a nice stay and the location was good. I’d called ahead because I had reservations and hoped to check in early, but when I arrived, the electricity wasn’t working, so they couldn’t check me in early.

It has an old-school 90's hotel style, but everything works, the place is clean, and the service is good. There’s a nice city view, and it connects to a little shopping mall. Street food and a few cool spots are within walking distance.

The WiFi was a problem. The better rooms seemed to have spotty connection, so after we spoke to the front desk, they moved us to a smaller room that worked better. The hotel isn’t the fanciest, but the service was impeccable. Every employee we met was friendly, polite, and helpful. Breakfast was included, delicious, varied, and more than enough, with table service. The attached mall was a bonus. It’s a shame the bar closes so early, though there are plenty of bars and other places on the street in this central location. We stayed 6 nights and would definitely come back.

The internet was SUPER slow, so don’t book here if you need to work or even scroll social media. Nothing would load. The customer service was excellent, and the sheets were extremely clean. The housekeeper did such an amazing job, really the only reason I’d book this place. I liked the hotel, but wish they’d replace the old, outdated comforters with white ones.
