The receptionist was polite and discreet, and the place is cheap and close to downtown. I wouldn't choose it for an overnight stay, though. The beds, at least in the room I had, are too hard. The neon lights outside my window looked trippy at night and set the mood nicely. For a casual meetup or a chill afternoon with someone, it's a good fit.
