Hotel Lepanto Reforma

We arrived late at night and check-in went smoothly. Our Junior Suite matched the pictures, with comfortable beds, a big shower, and lots of room to lay out our luggage. There’s no AC, but the nights were still cool in late April. The staff were responsive and helpful, and left us a few bottles of water each morning. We had a lovely stay.

The breakfast was lovely and reasonably priced, and there was a free bottle of water in the room. It’s about a 15-minute walk to Centro, and the front desk staff were very attentive. The room was clean, though it had an old smell. It's an older hotel, but worth the money, and the cleaning staff did a good job.

We asked for a quiet room because the hotel is on a busy main road, and got one at the back. We didn't hear road noise. The location is handy, about 10 to 15 minutes to the centre, a few minutes from the Metro bus in either direction, and five minutes from the metro. The room had what we needed for a reasonably priced hotel. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the shower was great, and shampoo, body wash, body cream, and a hairdryer were provided. Breakfast was included, with five choices. It was okay and kept us going. The staff were accommodating.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and items we ordered arrived in the room on time. There was no hot shower water in the evenings, though. We struggled to arrange an airport taxi because the night staff didn't speak English. The fare the desk quoted differed from what the driver said, and the staff couldn't resolve it because of the language barrier.
