We spent most of our time out exploring Mexico City, so the lack of a TV in the Penthouse didn’t bother us. We were exhausted when we got back, and the bed was very comfortable. The room was huge, and we liked the amenities and the welcome shot of Mescal. Thelma, the housekeeper, was amazing, and all the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. There are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Uber drivers had no trouble picking us up right outside the hotel, and walking around at night felt pretty safe. It was our first visit to Mexico City, and we’d definitely stay here again.

The location was as good as it gets, and our room was beautiful and clean. We spent three nights here and really enjoyed it. The staff were friendly, the bed was comfortable, and there was warm, even hot, water ;)

If you're trying to keep accommodation costs down, this place has a great price-to-value ratio. The rooms are large, clean, and neat, and the location is excellent. There's also a very nice breakfast spot next door, see foto.

The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The walls are thin, though, so you can hear people walking around in the room above and even the full conversations next door.

The staff made this stay memorable. They were friendly from the moment I arrived, always smiling, and did their best to find a positive solution to anything I asked. They helped with last-minute changes, shared local recommendations, and checked that everything was going smoothly. Hotel Parque España is beautiful and has a fantastic location. I had an incredible time there and will definitely return on my next trip to CDMX. I highly recommend it.
