The employees made the stay for me, they were welcoming and gave great service. The rooms were clean, and there was a nice range of food on the menu. The location worked well, about a 30-minute walk from the Centro. I was very pleased with my four nights here and would gladly return.

The room's thermostat has such a bright LED display that you'll want an eye mask. At least the air conditioning worked well, and the beds and bathrooms were clean. The service and food were disappointing: staff ignored about half of our room service requests, and what arrived was really gross, including soggy salad and chicken served at room temperature. I expected better service and more amenities from a hotel like this.

We spent four nights here in February 2026, and the value was hard to beat for a central CDMX stay. Staff were consistently polite and helpful, including the friendly receptionist who checked us in at 2 AM and spoke decent English. Our late checkout request was sorted out well: a six-hour extension cost just MXN 500, which was great with our 11 PM flight. The room was spotless and comfortable, with a passport safe, toiletries, a good bathroom, and plenty of water from the eco-friendly dispenser, so there was no need to ask for bottles. Breakfast was simple but solid. WiFi was down one night and the coffee machine didn't work during our stay, but both problems were fixed quickly and they apologized.

My room faced a small side road, so it stayed nice and quiet. Breakfast had lots of options, the staff were helpful, and everything was clean. I had a really positive stay and would come back.
