I travel to Mexico City a lot, and I love staying at Kukun Grand Chapultepec. The apartments are beautiful, spotless, and really comfortable, and the staff are so warm, welcoming, and helpful. The location is fantastic too, just a block from the Reforma and an easy walk to restaurants, stores, and Chapultepec. Five gold stars!

The location was good, with convenience stores, cafes, and street food nearby. It was clean, and the staff were friendly, but the room wasn’t in great shape, with kitchen cabinet doors coming loose. The biggest issue was the AC. Ours didn’t work, and when we asked for help, we were told the property doesn’t have air conditioning at all. Since AC is listed as a top amenity and appears in every room description, that’s extremely misleading. We stayed at the end of April, when it was around 27C/78F, and the room was too hot and uncomfortable for sleeping.
