Las Alcobas, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Mexico City

The room service and breakfast were both delicious, and breakfast had plenty of choices. We also loved the concierge's bathtub experience, and the minibar was well stocked. The room wasn't large, but it was very well appointed, with comfortable bedding and a great night's sleep. From the porters opening the door onward, the service at this boutique hotel made our one-night stay feel special. I've stayed at other top Marriott properties in CDMX, and Las Alcobas stood out. Great location too. Thanks to everyone who looked after us with a smile. We hope to come back soon.

The hotel has recently been updated and feels like a real find in the lovely Polanco area. Its location is handy for walking to lots of restaurants and Lincoln Park, and both the rooms and service were impeccable. Staying here made our Mexico City trip a delight.

The hotel's design feels both modern and timeless, with a polished look that's still comfortable. Las Alcobas is stylish without feeling like it's trying too hard, and it manages to feel calm and lively, exclusive and welcoming, all at once. The whole place was immaculate, down to the details. What stood out most was the care from the team. Service was warm, attentive, intuitive, and never intrusive. Everyone seemed ready to anticipate what we might need, and made us feel valued from the moment we arrived. This was an extraordinary stay at Las Alcobas Luxury Hotel in Mexico City. It sets a remarkably high standard across service, cleanliness, style, and the experience as a whole. Number one in every way, highly recommended and unforgettable.

Anatol Kitchen, inside the hotel, is a great Polanco spot for a glass or bottle of wine. The service was friendly and on point, and the bar snacks were great.
