I stayed for a week and found the room spacious and very comfortable. It isn't the newest, but it's well maintained, and the staff were friendly. There's a large window or balcony that brings in excellent light. The neighbourhood felt very safe, with plenty of restaurants nearby.

Breakfast was a hit with us, especially thanks to Oscar's service. He deserves a raise. Mauricio was also a great driver through Mexican traffic. The hotel is in a quiet part of Polanco, and the rooms are a good size with space for a baby bed. It is a bit pricey, but we'd love to come back.

Daniel gave us the kind of care that made this stay stand out. He greeted us with a big smile when we arrived, looked after us throughout, and sent us off warmly. His service was beyond words, truly five-star. Thank you, Daniel! My wife, our baby, and I just finished a Mexico City trip at Las Suites in Polanco. We'd stayed at the JW Marriott before, but honestly preferred Las Suites. The hotel was fantastic, with excellent service and amazing amenities.
