Masaryk Apartments PULPO - Polanco felt like home, even in a foreign city. The neighborhood was lively and safe, with lots to see and do, and the staff made us feel welcome. The apartment had lovely decor, a comfortable bed, and a fully equipped kitchen. Great value for the money. Five stars, and a must for anyone after a home away from home.

There were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, and the price was unbeatable. At Masaryk Apartments PULPO - Polanco, the apartment was beautifully decorated, with a comfy bed and fully equipped kitchen. The staff were helpful and friendly. Five stars, a real gem for anyone looking for a home away from home.

The apartment we got looked nothing like the photos, and the host wouldn't answer messages. It was very dark, with dirty bathrooms and floors, and almost half the light bulbs were burned out. There was no washing machine, and the balcony door wouldn't open.

The bedrooms were cold, with just one heater between them, and there should be more blankets and toilet paper. The bedroom facing the street gets a lot of noise. There was no hot water in the main bathroom, and the main door didn't feel secure.
