The location is good, but my room looked nothing like the photos. It was bare and uncomfortable, and the jacuzzi tub didn't work. The towels were old and kind of gross, and there weren't any amenities. Even with two of us staying a whole week, they wouldn't give us a second room key, which was inconvenient. Service was bad, too. Whenever I asked for something, the answer was just no for some reason.

The location was excellent and the service was good. Unfortunately, the internet was a disaster. I asked for help several times, but they just kept telling me it had already been reset.

The Wi-Fi in the apartments was super bad. If you need internet to stay connected, I wouldn't suggest booking here. They kept saying they were working on it, but nothing changed.

The suites are nice and really spacious, with a big, clean toilet, two balconies, and sitting areas. There was a microwave, small fridge, small stove, coffee machine, and toaster. The housekeeping team was very helpful. I just wish there had been a kettle. The location on la Reforma is near the historic center and most museums. The internet was the one weak spot, and management needs to address the connection and speed inside the suites.

We had a roomy place with a separate bedroom and two balconies, and it was great value for money in a good location. They left a bottle each per day and coffee, and happily stored our luggage at the beginning and end of the stay. Everyone was very friendly. There were only two towels and three pillows for two people, though, and they couldn't provide an extra towel when I asked. I think we got fresh towels every day, but I wouldn't have minded using them for multiple days if that meant having an extra towel for my hair.
