MX Grand Suites

We felt comfortable walking everywhere, just the two of us, and never felt unsafe. There are plenty of places to eat nearby too, so the location was hard to beat. The room had loads of storage, a balcony with lots of greenery that felt fairly private, and a spacious, modern, clean setup. The bed was comfy, on the soft side but still supportive. There’s a smart box on the TV for streaming, and although the AC struggled a little in the big room, there was a fan if we needed it. The staff were really kind and friendly. I’d happily stay here again.

Even with the hotel fully booked, it stayed quiet and peaceful. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby, with the main attractions close by too. Our room was spacious and nice, with two queen beds and a basic kitchen. The pillows weren’t comfortable, and it would’ve been nice if coffee were free. Highly recommended!

The location made it easy to get around, in a safe, modern part of the city and close to everything. We spent five nights here, on the fourth floor, where there was some city and neighbor noise. You can hear both pretty clearly, so the noise level is moderate. The front desk staff were very friendly and gave us helpful suggestions for things to do and places to eat nearby. The room was enjoyable, with modern-looking furnishings in good shape, a big, very comfortable bed, and a kitchen stocked with dishes and what we needed to cook. Daily maid service was available, and the balcony was a nice bonus. The elevator worked reliably, and there was also a staircase. My one complaint was the shower. The water temperature kept changing and wouldn’t stay steady. Otherwise, everything in the room was great. I’d definitely come back.

For seven nights, the Wi-Fi never worked, and neither did the AC. I also found the road-facing rooms noisy, with constant traffic coming through the poor soundproofing and making it hard to sleep. They charged me for an extra night for checking in early, which felt excessive. I couldn’t change rooms for two nights because the hotel is small and fully booked. Bad value overall, in my opinion.
