The hotel's location in Polanco made it easy to get around on foot, which I appreciated in such a large, busy city. We could walk to cafés, parks, museums, shops, and restaurants, and the area felt safe and comfortable to explore. Polanco has a lively atmosphere, beautiful streets, luxury shopping, and plenty of good restaurants. The hotel is very large, spacious, and well equipped, with the comfort and service you'd expect in this prestigious part of Mexico City. It works well as a base for business or leisure. I'd recommend it to visitors who want to explore one of the city's most attractive neighborhoods.

The breakfast downstairs was outstanding, with a great selection and even a quesadilla station alongside the omelet station. The club lounge also had the widest variety of evening snacks I've seen at one. Staff were friendly and handled all my requests easily. My room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable, and the hotel was in excellent condition. The rainfall shower had the best water pressure I've ever had in a hotel. It's also in a safe area, near restaurants and parks, with the subway station right across the street. I've stayed at a good number of Hyatts, and this was one of my best experiences. I went back and forth between this Hyatt, the farther out one, and the Andaz, and I'm glad I chose this one. I'd happily stay here again.

The rooms were spotless, and the view from a high floor was beautiful. I'd definitely recommend the hotel and come back. One tip: ask for a room away from the elevator. The building is so tall that you can hear it whooshing up and down. For reference, I was in the second closest room to it.

Polanco is a major plus: it felt safe and walkable, with restaurants, cafés, shops, and easy access to places like Chapultepec Park. The hotel was well maintained, and the service was consistently professional and helpful. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a modern feel and a nice city view. The bed was especially comfortable after long days out. A solid upscale stay in one of Mexico City's best areas.

The park view from our room was beautiful, and the hotel sent up a generous birthday gift for my husband. Special thanks to Eunice at the front desk. The Hyatt Regency staff were wonderful, and the service was amazing. Gorgeous hotel, and we'll definitely be back. I'd recommend it to anyone.
